End-User Licence Agreement

Zynosai Games is the game studio and brand operated by Smart Dev Tech. References to “Zynosai Games”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Smart Dev Tech.
01Licence
Smart Dev Tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our games on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use. The games are licensed, not sold. Use is also subject to our Terms of Service.
02Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the games, or remove any copyright notices, except where the law allows it.
03Ownership
The games and their content belong to Smart Dev Tech or its licensors. Third-party components belong to their owners.
04Termination
This licence ends if you break it. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the games.
05Third-party attributions
Our games include:
- Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) — Google LLC (Google Mobile Ads SDK Terms)
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK — Google LLC (Google APIs Terms of Service)
- Google Play Billing Library — Google LLC (Android Software Development Kit License Agreement)
