Privacy Policy

Smart Dev Tech (“we”, “us”) publishes mobile games under the name Zynosai Games and is responsible for the information described in this policy. If you have any questions, email support@zynosaigames.info.

This policy applies to this website and to the following apps published by Smart Dev Tech on Google Play:

Our games do not require an account and do not ask for your name, contacts, photos or precise location. Game progress and settings are saved on your device.

• Information you send us — for example, your email address and message when you contact support.
• Device and usage information — collected automatically by the third-party services listed below, such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device model and operating system, ad interactions and crash reports.
• Purchase information — when you buy something in a game, Google Play processes the payment and shares an order ID and the item purchased with us. We never receive your card or bank details.

• to run the games and deliver the items you buy;
• to show ads that keep our games free, and to measure them;
• to fix crashes and improve our games;
• to reply to your messages and requests;
• to prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Our games show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device’s advertising ID and similar information to show ads. Ads can be personalised (based on your interests) or non-personalised (based only on the app and general context).

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google’s certified consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy settings in the game’s settings. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.

We use these services, which collect information under their own privacy policies:

• Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) — Serving and measuring in-app advertising; fraud prevention.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK — Presenting the consent message to users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland and storing their choices as an IAB TCF consent string.
• Google Play Billing Library — Processing in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Support emails are deleted within 24 months, purchase records are kept only as long as accounting law requires, and information held by Google is kept under Google’s own retention policies.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see our Data Deletion page. Uninstalling a game removes the data stored on your device.

Information is sent over encrypted connections, and access to our accounts is restricted and protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. See our Children’s Privacy page.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@zynosaigames.info. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell personal information. Sharing advertising IDs with ad networks may count as “sharing”, and you can opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
