Terms of Service

By downloading or playing our games (“Games”) or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Games on your own devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Games are licensed, not sold.

You agree not to:

• cheat, hack, or use bots, mods or unauthorised software;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Games;
• interfere with ads, purchases or the security of the Games;
• use the Games for anything unlawful.

Our Games are free to download and play, and are supported by ads. Optional in-app purchases let you remove ads or buy in-game items. Payments are processed by Google Play under its terms, not by Smart Dev Tech. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy.

A “Remove Ads” purchase is linked to your Google Play account; if you reinstall the Game or switch devices, sign in with the same account to restore it. In-game items and coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

Some Games offer an ad-free subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. After cancelling, the ad-free benefit continues until the end of the period you paid for. See Google’s guide.

The Games may show ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

The Games and all their content, including artwork, characters, sounds and the Zynosai Games name and logo, belong to Smart Dev Tech or its licensors.

We may suspend or end your access to the Games if you break these Terms. You can stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them.

The Games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that they will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Smart Dev Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game or item concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Games after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Smart Dev Tech is registered. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
